 Which Post Service did you use? 


I ship my orders using "Poste Italiane". It's an Italian Post Service.

  • For standard orders (no tracking one), I use a service called "PostaPriority". 
It gives me a tracking code which should tell me only when the order reaches the international exchange center but, to be honest, it doesn't work. So, it isn't a no tracking shipping, but also it doesn't tell you where your order is when it leaves Italy. So, if you want to be sure where your order is, please choose the tracked shipping. Unfortunately, it's a bit expensive, but at the moment I'm doing my best to find an alternative.
  • For orders with tracking, I use to Europe SDA/EMS/UPS while to the rest of the world EMS.

When you will ship my order?


I am one person taking care of everything, so I ask you to be patient. I generally go to the post every Monday, so if your order is placed during the week, it will ship the following week.

★ How long will it take to receive my order? 

  • ITALY: 2 ~ 7 Business days

  • EUROPE: 10 ~ 40 Business days

  • THE REST OF THE WORLD: 30 ~ 180 days
Please, remember that I ship from Italy, so your order could take some weeks to come to you if you live on the other side of the world.


 ★ If I choose a no tracking shipping, can I have a refund If I don't receive my order? ★

  •  I no longer have any responsibility for your order once it is shipped. If you want to be sure to receive your order, choose a tracked shipping.
  • If you do not receive your tracked order within 30 days, please contact me. Beyond 30 days, I am no longer able to contact support and get a refund.
  •  If your tracked order should be missed, I can refund you the total of your order - except for the shipping - or ship it to you again.*
